Incheon Green Environment Center
Established pursuant to Article 10 of the Development of Environmental Technology and Environmental Industry Support Act and the Regulations on the Establishment and Operation of Green Environment Center (Ministry of Environment Instruction No. 1450) to build a collaborative regional governance among public, private, industrial, academic, and research sectors, resolve environmental issues, and promote balanced regional development. The center resolves environmental difficulties of small local businesses, supports normal operation of prevention facilities, enhances corporate environmental competitiveness, and conducts training for professional environmental managers. It also conducts environmental surveys, policy research, and develops customized niche environmental technologies to solve regional issues.

Incheon Science Elite Program
Established in 1998 to discover and cultivate potential science-gifted students early and nurture creative convergence talent to lead future society. Operated with financial support from the Ministry of Science and ICT, Incheon Metropolitan City, the Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education, and Incheon National University, it has been officially recognized for excellence by being selected as an S-grade (top tier) institution 19 times among 27 university-affiliated science gifted education centers nationwide. Based on gifted education that grows with the region, it provides differentiated convergence education focused on SW and ICT.

Center for Innovative Talent Development
Established in 2017 led by the College of Life Sciences and Bioengineering as the first bio joint training center in Korea to foster and lead the bio industry, a major industry of Incheon. By actively utilizing the university's excellent facilities, equipment, and human infrastructure, it provides professional job training in core bio-health sectors—including biopharmaceuticals, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food, and medical devices—based on regional demand. It contributes to improving technological capabilities and competitiveness of local SMEs while helping resolve youth unemployment through job placement linkage.

Eco-friendly Bio-Plastics Center
Established in June 2021 to strengthen education, research, and industry-university cooperation in the field of eco-friendly biodegradable and bio-plastics (White Bio). Selected as the Center for Plastic Substitute Material Infrastructure Building by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (MOTIE), it conducts full life-cycle research on bio-plastics, industry support (completion of key analysis and demonstration equipment setup), global networking (hosting the Global Eco-friendly Plastics Conference), development of standards and certifications, and demonstration evaluations. Additionally, designated as the White Bio Professional Research Personnel Training Group by MOTIE, it is leading the cultivation of master's and doctoral-level specialists in the bio-plastics field for the first time in Korea.

Incheon Seo-gu Innopolis R&BD Group
In June 2022, following an agreement among the Ministry of Environment, Incheon Metropolitan City, Incheon National University, Korea Environmental Industry & Technology Institute, Seo-gu of Incheon Metropolitan City, and Incheon Urban Development Corporation, Incheon Innopolis was designated as an Innopolis equipped with the nation's largest environmental R&BD infrastructure. Incheon National University serves as the core technical institution, while the Green Convergence Cluster for Startup Ventures and the General Environmental Research Complex—created through Ministry of Environment policy projects—serve as supporting spaces.
Focusing on 'ICT Convergence Environmental Pollution Treatment and Management,' Incheon Innopolis aims to achieve innovative developments in environmental convergence technologies and products through the fostering of three detailed specialized areas: environmental pollution measurement and management, waste resource recovery and substitute material development, and AI-based environmental management.

NS Satellite RTDC Technology Research Center
As a radio wave and satellite ITRC, the 'NS Satellite RTDC Technology Research Center' is a national research center supported by the Ministry of Science and ICT. Based on radio frequency and satellite communication technologies, it secures core technologies for ultra-high-speed mobile and satellite communications. It trains graduate students as specialized R&D experts in areas such as metamaterial antennas for satellite communications and 6G, RIS (Reconfigurable Intelligent Surface) hardware technologies, inter-satellite laser communication (ISL) / free-space optical (FSO) communication systems, AI applications for optimizing ground-to-non-ground network physical layer access, and satellite cloud computing/security technologies.
