Incheon National University (President Park Jong-tae) held the "August 2024 Graduation Ceremony" on Friday, the 16th, at 11 a.m. in the main auditorium of the university's Songdo campus.

At this graduation ceremony, a total of 1,059 degrees were awarded, including 44 doctoral, 172 master's, and 843 bachelor's degrees. The event was attended by graduates and their families, as well as notable figures such as former Incheon National University President Ahn Kyung-soo, Saeil Foundation Chairman Ji Yong-taek, Incheon National University Foundation Director Kim Eung-ho, National Assembly member Jeong Il-young, Incheon City Council member Yoo Seung-bun, Incheon Bar Association President Ahn Kwan-ju, Incheon Business Forum Chairman Won Yong-hwi, Incheon University Foundation Chairman Lee Kyu-yeon, Development Fund Directors Kim Hyun-gi, Kim Young-soo, Lee Heon-gu, and Song Kyung-sook, along with Incheon National University Alumni Association President Kim Se-yong, and Graduate School Union President Song In-seok, among others. Over 1,500 attendees were present to celebrate the occasion. 

Following the academic report by Park Yong-ho, Director of Student Employment, congratulatory speeches were delivered by Ji Yong-taek, Chairman of the Saeil Foundation, and Kim Se-yong, President of the Incheon National University Alumni Association. Additionally, video messages of congratulations were presented by Yoo Jeong-bok, Mayor of Incheon, and Do Seong-hoon, Superintendent of Incheon Metropolitan City Office of Education. 

In his commencement address, President Park Jong-tae encouraged the graduates by saying, "If you embrace change without fear, believe in yourself, and continuously strive toward your goals, you will eventually find yourself becoming the person you aspire to be." He added, "I hope that even in the face of the challenges ahead, you will uphold your values and continue to grow into remarkable representatives of Incheon National University."
