정보기술대학 임베디드시스템공학과에서는 

프랑스 Inria 연구소에서 연구책임자로 재직 중인 Anatole Lécuyer 박사를 인천대학교에 초청하여 다음과 같이 특별 강연을 개최합니다. 
Lécuyer 박사는 가상현실(VR), 햅틱 인터랙션, 3D 사용자 인터페이스, 뇌-컴퓨터 인터페이스(BCI) 분야에서 세계적인 연구 업적을 보유한 석학입니다.

VR은 사용자를 컴퓨터가 실시간으로 생성하는 3D 환경에 몰입시키는 기술입니다. 

본 강연에서는 자가 아바타, 햅틱 피드백, 인지 상태 기반 인터페이스 등 차세대 VR 기술이 인간-컴퓨터 상호작용을 어떻게 진화시키고 있는지 소개하고자 합니다.
특히 사용자의 인지 및 생리 정보를 활용한 몰입형 시스템의 가능성을 최신 연구 사례와 함께 설명합니다.

Abstract:
Virtual Reality (VR) technologies are progressing toward more physically and cognitively engaging 3D interactions. 

This talk will explore how haptic feedback and virtual embodiment through self-avatars are redefining immersive experiences.
It will also discuss the integration of neural and physiological signals into VR systems, providing insights into interactive environments that leverage users’ cognitive states.
The presentation will be illustrated with cutting-edge research results, envisioning the future of 3D interaction with virtual worlds.
